Frequently Asked Questions
Our standard hire rate is for 7 days, with the base price covering hire. Feel free to return your hire equipment earlier than this if you don’t need it for the full 7 days. If you’d like to extend your hire duration, please contact our team. Delivery, pack up, set up and pick up are additional costs, however you’re welcome to pick up yourself from our warehouse.
You can customise your clothing racks with whatever you’d like, from colours and graphics to branding and more. And if you don’t have any branding you feel would be suitable, we offer graphic design services to help you get set up fast.
While our clothes rack covers need to be added separately to your order, we highly recommend them. With the ability to lock them to the rack, they work wonders for deterring theft. They’ll also make sure your customers know for certain your store is closed at the end of the day.
