At the moment Peacock currently services the Sydney Metro area only. However you are welcome to collect and return our items yourself if you want to use them outside of this area.

Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 8am-3pm. All deliveries and collections outside of these hours will incur additional fees.

Of course you can! We offer dry hire options for our hire range. All dry hire items need to be collected and returned during our standard business hours. All of our items need to travel in a covered vehicle (no utes or open flatbed trucks) with suitable packing to ensure they are not damaged. We recommend bringing ropes and blankets.

Whilst we would love to show-off outside, unfortunately all of our items are for indoor use only.

Our standard hire charge covers the first 7 days of your hire, however items can be returned earlier.

Speed is key, so we want to be able to support you as best as possible. We recommend at least a 14 day lead time, however if you need your items faster than this, give us a call or send us an email with your dates and a list of items you require. We will check the availability of our stock and crew to see if we can process your order before your deadline.

We offer a ‘dry hire’ option and three different ‘delivery’ options.

To make sure we’ve got you covered, each delivery option also has an ‘after hours’ alternative as well.

Delivery options are not included in the hire fee and must be added to your order before checkout.

  • Done by you – this is our dry hire option – you load upon pick-up and unload upon return. (This option also includes some great instructional videos to show you how to setup and pack down)
  • Delivery only – We will deliver your order to the roadside or loading dock, then your team unload and bring inside . We will also come to collect your order from the roadside or loading dock at the end of your hire period.
  • Done WITH you (we will deliver, our driver assist you with setup, assist you with pack down at the end of the hire period and then return items back to Peacock warehouse – PLEASE NOTE: You need to be able to comfortably lift 25kg if you select this option
  • Done WITH you (After Hours) – For setups and pack-downs that need to happen between 4pm – 8am. Inclusions as per ‘done WITH you’ description above
  • Done FOR you – We will deliver, setup, pack down and return items back to the Peacock warehouse. Leave it all to us.
  • Done FOR you (After Hours) -For setups and pack-downs that need to happen between 4pm – 8am. Inclusions as per ‘done FOR you’ description above

BUNDLES:
As a customer, you are able to provide your own artwork for our bundles (Fashion, Boutique & Variety). The branding cost is included in the bundle price.
If you do not have your own artwork our designer will work with you to create your artworks (graphic design services quoted separately after your order has been placed).
Time frame: Artwork to be provided 2 weeks before start of hire period.

MIX & MATCH:
We have 3 options for you to choose from.
If you decide to select option 2 or 3, we will get in touch with you after your order is placed to confirm all of the details.
You will also be able to select which items you want to brand when finalising your order before check out.

Branding options:

  1. I don’t require any branding
    We will leave your units unbranded.
  2. I require branding and will submit my own artwork
    We will get in touch and send you a branding pack with the correct artwork dimensions once you have completed your order.
    Time frame: Artwork due 2 weeks before hire start date
  3. I require branding but need help with my artwork
    We will contact you after completing your order to quote this service separately. Once confirmed, our designer will work with you to create your artworks and get them ready for print.
    Time frame: 4 weeks from hire start date.

We currently accept Mastercard and VISA credit card payments when you complete your order online.

Select from one of our bundles or ‘mix and match’ to create a custom order. Then you can follow the steps to pay for your order by card online.

We will always work with you to try and accommodate changes. However this is subject to availability of stock and crew. Please contact us to come up with a game plan.

We keep bundles as fixed collections, however you can recreate our bundles on our ‘Mix and Match’ page and add any additional items you may require.

Unfortunately our items are for hire only, however if you need anything made, head over to our friends at MNR Constructions (www.mnrconstructions.com.au), they would be more than happy to help
